-Although you may not understand what they are saying, do they appear to be extremely enthusiastic? Does each performer draw the listener in? Do you want to watch the whole clip? (5sentences)

4th period great job singing today – it was a lot of fun. singing test WEDNESDAY!! SINGING A SCALE IN 3rds WITH SOLFEGE quarter note = 60. AND sing all root position triads ascending and descending. I will give you the first one. I will record this as well. GOOD LUCK!
6th period question for THURSDAY! where is Sao Paolo and on what “mountain” is the Christ Statue located on in Rio de Janeiro Brazil?!! TYPE THEM UP!!

Sorry this did not go up until now. ALTERNATIVE ASSIGNMENT ON THE BOTTOM! REMINDER, EXTRA CREDIT FOR REVIEW OF CHOIR, AND ORCHESTRA CONCERT!! AND EVEN THE GOSPEL CHOIR CONCERT.
today was a great day! 4th period went well, but we did miss those in choir rehearsal. i hope everyone does well this week in preparation for the concert.
3rd period gahu test is tuesday! thursday, report to the auditorium.
4th period continue study of triads in all keys. continue more 16th dictation. small quiz on friday. solfege in 3rds, and all triads (I, ii, iii, IV, V, vi, vii ,I again) in a Major Key
6th period i will check binders on tuesday.
8th period

3rd period: gahu test is tuesday (speaking everything we know). drums will be pulled out on monday. keep on working on the songs. A new song sheet – with quite possibly the most impressive songs I have learned to this day – will be passed out on monday. alternative band review for the 8th will be given out on tuesday after the test.
4th period: for monday, review “Away in the Manger.” truly superb study would include learning all parts (soprano, alto, tenor and bass). Singing is fun and it will help you become a better musician, regardless of your instrument.
Think about the song we listened to in class – we will discuss it more on monday.
6th period: type in “Free Staff Paper Generator” in any search bar – google for example – and print off 5 pages of blank staff paper. then three hole punch it in the face and then put it in your binder. Additionally, go here and print off the picture of a one octave shot of the keyboard. PUT IT IN YOUR BINDER!! BINDER CHECK MONDAY!
8th period: great job today. for those of you that did not do your homework, please do it.

8th period: answer the last question of the worksheet by friday. plus a picture of wynton marsalis and BACH.
EVERYONE IS EXPECTED TO ATTEND THE BAND CONCERT ON 12/8 at 7 pm!! ALTERNATIVE ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE GIVEN FOR THOSE THAT CANNOT MAKE IT.
