harmony!!  check out this video!  5 sentences for tomorrow: what do you see, what do you like, what do you feel?  think of a cool name for a song.

the name of my song is “Red Plaid Bowtie.”  and i wrote it in honor of my fallen comrade – red plaid bowtie – who mysteriously vanished after the debut performance of Lane Tech’s Varsity Band at the 170th semi-annual concert in the auditorium of lane tech school of champions where there is an open lane but no royal road to learning…and the legacy continues!

i will not be in friday.

3rd period – work on peer reviews of  “Please Read the Letter.”  they are due monday

5th period – work on christmas songs.  tuesday we will perform in class and record on the ipad machince.

7th period – read the article the sub will give you.  respond to directions in class.  journals are due friday!  i will upload the rehearsal recordings this weekend.

8th period – hey!  follow the directions.  short article to read and respond to it.

extra credit is still on.  2 bands i play in (Bloco Maximo and Fatbook) are playing at the double door saturday night.  tune in here between 8:20 and 8:30 pm to catch the live feed from the venue.  tell me everything you see.  let me have it.  can i do better?  is there enthusiasm?  we will play from 8:30-10 pm.  there will be dancers, there will be drums, there will be good times, and i may be wearing a darth vader t-shirt.  all the best.

during a routine singing test mr. flygt messed up his end of the deal and because of said actions presented the 3rd period music appreciation class with a 5 lb hershey candy bar.  everyone got an “A” on the test.
