today is band camp

today is band camp.  this week is band life.  #same  #spread the word.

3:30-8 pm.

please bring water and snacks.  it is going to be warm.

3:30 pm opening remarks, welcoming statement, schedule for september/october, google classroom, goals and objectives

4:15 pm – rehearse (new warm-up, varsity anthem, shout it out, spotty hottie, crusher, heart of steel, hips don’t lie, can’t hold us, go lane go) we will be using iPads.  flags and majorettes – going from large to small to get in the gate, opening sequence before varsity anthem, high-step, 8-5, first routine of go lane go while moving forward)

7:00 pm go outside and work in parking lot

8:00 pm done (we may finish early if it is very hot)

varsity band update i hope you are ready!

camp is planned for 8/27-8/31 from 3:30 pm – 8 pm.  the first 30 minutes will be talking.  first home game is friday 8/31.  first saturday practice is 9/1 from 9 am – 5 pm.  THAT IS ALSO MY 32nd BIRTHDAY!!
