hello everyone!
i cannot believe it but we will see one another again tomorrow – yes!!
the band room is still being remodeled so please be prepared to move to the auditorium or the lunchroom. i will post a sign on the door before 1st period tomorrow. i am not sure what these next few days will bring up but we will need to be as flexible as possible. please be sure to bring loose-leaf paper, writing utensils, and study materials. thanks!!

ladies and gentlemen!
i trust you are staying warm and enjoying your break!
we have a tremendous opportunity and need your help if you are free. we will have extensive work done in the bandroom over break and we need to have a few more things moved around. we are asking any student that is available to show up to door “J” at 8 am this friday (the day after christmas) and help move some risers/gear around for a few hours.
please respond to me directly if you are free and willing (aflygt@cps.edu). i will be in wisconsin the entire break.

please have a seat in the bandroom and wait until your are dismissed. Mrs. Nester will leave you into the auditorium.
sit on the main floor. back left corner. left of the the sound board and in the very back.
then go to gym 1.
here is the make up assignment for everyone that either missed the concert, pep-band on thursday, or did not attend the concert from beginning band.
watch as much of this as you can. and fill out the review prompt right (performance-review-prompt.)

if you are performing: arrive between 5-5:30 pm. get tuned up and ready. varsity band is in place at 6:30 pm.
